If the order value is less than 2000 Kuwaiti dinars, the full amount will be paid
In the event that the order value is greater than 2000 Kuwaiti dinars, 50% is paid for approval of the order, acceptance of the order and the other 50% immediately before installation.
Pay the amount in cash or in a link – via K-Net only. Payment by Visa or Mastercard is not permitted (the customer bears the Visa or Mastercard commission if payment is made through them).
In the case of issuing checks, they will be in the name of (Pretty Homes Kuwait Factory for Blacksmithing Works).
Second – How to approve the order
Designs and material samples are approved according to the period specified for approval in the agreement contract.
In the event that the client is late in approving samples and designs within the period specified for him for approval (according to the agreement), the period of delay in approval will be added to the project implementation period.
In the event that there are amendments and additions to the plans, designs, and materials, a separate invoice will be generated for the amendment and the customer will be notified of it.
Upon completion of the order execution, the customer will be contacted to determine a suitable day and time to install and deliver the order according to the installation agenda in coordination with the customer and the company. The customer must have paid the full value of the order before installation and delivery are carried out.
Installation works start from 1 am to 4 pm.
If the order is ready for delivery and installation and the customer’s home is not ready for delivery, the remainder of the contract value will be paid in full regardless of the time of installation – and the customer will bear the storage value of 10 Kuwaiti dinars per day.
The customer is committed to providing a suitable environment to complete the work and installations.
Some projects take several days to install, depending on the nature of the project.
Production operations and delivery dates may sometimes be affected by state decisions, including partial or total ban decisions, depending on the epidemiological situation in the country. Accordingly, you will be notified of any amendments, if any, to the delivery dates.
Production operations and delivery times may be affected by delays in the arrival of timber shipments from the source.
In the event that the order is canceled after drawings and designs are made, the amount of the designs and the amount of materials purchased will be deducted from the value of the returned deposit.
